"Proclaming the Word of God through Thoughts, Ideas, and Concepts"

10 Steps to Starting Your God Inspired Business Without Delay

Pray, but don't wait too long to get started with your business venture. Even if you are not ready to start the full business vision God has given you, break it down into a smaller scope and start; for it is better to get started sooner than later. Therefore, take your written investigation of your business (which was similar to a business plan) and turn it into an action plan.

Step 1: Make sure the business name and tagline is unique among your competition in this market place.

Step 2: Create a Production & Delivery diagram, which is an outline of the entire process, from the first contact with your customer to delivery of the product or service to your customer.

Step 3: Outline the organization chart of your business, which is a distribution of duties and functions to run your business.

Step 4: Create a marketing strategy that will attract people to your business, convert those people into paying customers, and keep them coming back to buy more.

Step 5: Setup with your state a legal business entity (i.e.; LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp) for your business.

Step 6: Setup a business checking account (separate from your personal checking account) with a bank.

Step 7: Determine if you should legally protect (or start the process of protecting) your business' product, service, and/or name with a trademark, patent, or copyright.

Step 8: Contract with a web designer to build a website for your business and setup your business email accounts.

Step 9: Create accounts with the various online tools (e.g.; Facebook, Twitter, dropbox, Skype, etc…) that you can use to run and market your business.

Step 10: Launch your business by implementing your marketing strategy.
You are now off and running, but that does not mean you are finished with business development. This is just a start, and as your business grows you'll need to keep readjusting to make sure you are on target to make a profit.

Be patience because most businesses take about 2 to 3 years to become profitable. Business development and subsequent profits cannot be done in sprint time, for it is race like a marathon. If you start off thinking that it is a sprint, you will not have the endurance needed to patiently work at your business day in and day out until it becomes profitable.
